Last weekend Manchester saw the opening weekend for the now-legendary Arenacross UK Tour with high-voltage stunts and thrilling races from UK's best teams.
Angelo Pellegrini (who we have previously seen racing with Buildbase Honda) won the final race and newly-introduced Hot Lap to take maximum points away from the first round. Following him we saw Florent Richier (#2) with Keystone Honda Racing and Buildbase Honda Racing's Adam Chatfield (#407). The two Honda racers demonstrated great skill but missed on key sections to gain advantage over Pellegrini.
As usual, MXW Racing provided the suspension for both Honda Buidbase and Keystone Honda, proving that our bespoke services always deliver results! MXW Racing was also the go-to suspension advisor for Pellegrini himself when he raced Honda in previous AX Tours. If you also want to take advantage of our award-winning suspension tuning services, please contact us on 01788 535207 or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
In the younger class the little racers won the hearts of the audience when seven-year-old Freddie Bartlett, blasted away from the start gate in first position and led the 65cc group for several laps before getting passed by Ashton Boughen.
The FMX athletes were as impressive and explosive as ever, with Spanish freestyle god Edgar Torronteras clearly enjoying playing to the audience and Bolddog Lings' squad member Arran Powley throwing in a sneaky backflip!
The Aenacross UK Tour now heads to the SSE Hydro Arena, Glasgow for Round 2 of the 2017! Doors open at 6:30pm and tickets are selling out fast!
